Angel Ball, Ph.D. CCC/SLP

I joined NSC in 2018 to develop the Master of Education in Speech-Language Pathology. As Professor and Program Director, I also have experience in teaching and research in the areas of adult neurological disorders (e.g. aphasia post stroke, apraxia of speech, writing disorders). I completed my Ph.D. at the University of Cincinnati in 1998 in the area of speech pathology, cognate in audiology and minor in neurolinguistics. Most recently I was faculty at Texas A&M University Kingsville from 2007-2018. For recreation, I enjoy being outdoors—walking and hiking with my dog.
