David Kelsey teaches ASL at Nevada State College and is one of the founding members of NSC’s Deaf Studies program. He earned a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Education in Workforce Education from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, and recently completed his doctorate at Capella University. He has been teaching ASL to schools, community groups, and non-profit organizations for over 25 years. He has also been teaching at the secondary and college level for over 15 years in Nevada, Hawaii, and Alaska.
Outside of NSC, Mr. Kelsey has traveled extensively throughout the United States, Europe, Africa, and South America. He also previously served as the President of the Board of Directors at the Deaf Centers of Nevada.
