• Provide oversight of all HR-related initiatives and operations including: personnel transactions, talent acquisition & retention, compensation, classification, organizational development and effectiveness, employee relations, benefits, HRIS/Workday, training and development, EEO/AA programs, Title IX, and disability compliance.

BS in Mass Communications from Colorado State University-Pueblo
MBA from Colorado Technical University

Over 10 years in higher education human resources. Started with NSC in January, 2019
