I have an 18-year history working as a human resource professional in a variety of capacities within the military, government, and private sectors. I have enjoyed serving in numerous roles within human resources and organizational development, culminating in my role as an organization and workforce development consultant in southern Nevada. My research and teaching interests are very much connected to the workforce issues that I have seen throughout my career. I am interested in topics related to developmental relationships in the workforce, diversity management, employee engagement, and organizational commitment.
