I am a geologist interested in the interactions between our planet and the people that inhabit it. I was drawn into the field of geology while caving in Mexico. Research and hands-on activities helped me integrate my knowledge to better understand the world, solve problems, and build my confidence. The field of geosciences changed how I see the world. Now, I’m thrilled to share my experiences with Nevada State College students.
