Michelle Region-Sebest, Ph.D.

As a business person and professor at NSC, my primary goal is promoting concepts that are relevant for all students seeking to become successful in the business environment. Prior to my teaching career, I spent over 20 years in the private sector, ultimately ending as a Vice President of Global Production for a billion dollar a year company. I chose to go back to school to gain different insights into being an effective organizational leader. After earning my PhD in Organizational Management, I developed an interest in better understanding organizational communication, small business leadership, organizational leadership and change management.

This understanding, coupled with my own experience, helped form the basis for my personal philosophy on teaching, authentic action. I embrace the opportunity to share this combined knowledge with my students.
