Current or Former NSC students who are applying to a Graduate program at NSC must submit a transcript request online through National Student Clearinghouse.
Select the “Mailed Option” and address it specifically to the address listed below.

Please contact registrar@nsc.flywheelstaging.com for a PDF copy of the Transcript Request form to be sent to you.
Once you have received the form, completely fill out the request form and submit to the Office of the Registrar via postal mail with cash, check, or money order. Please make checks payable to: Board of Regents
